Mindy has been a Casper resident for over half of her life. She has over 20 years of nursing experience and a passion for learning and advancing in the nursing field.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband and two sons enjoying the outdoors: camping, skiing, boating, and traveling in and out of the state for soccer and hockey.
Breck Groskreutz, PA-C
Physician Assistant

Breck is a native of Kearney, NE and attended the University of Wyoming and received his Bachelor of Science in Physiology in 2017. He received his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Des Moines University in 2020. Following graduation, Breck returned to Wyoming and has spent the past two years working in Gastroenterology.
When not working, Breck enjoys playing softball, hiking, camping, fishing, skiing, spending time with
his family and dog, watching college sports, and cheering on the Wyoming Cowboys.
Brandon Miller

Nurse Practitioner
Since Brandon was young, he has enjoyed helping others and being of service to his community. He achieved his undergraduate degrees here in Wyoming, including nursing degrees from Casper College and the University of Wyoming. He obtained his graduate nursing degree through Concordia University in Mequon, WI.

Brandon was born and raised in Wyoming, and with his wife Lacy are raising two wonderful and very active young children here. They enjoy spending time together doing many of the outdoor activities that Wyoming has to offer including: hiking, biking, swimming, camping, traveling, and exploring.
Seth Taylor, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Seth recently moved to Gillette, WY with his wife Aisha. He graduated from Marietta College with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and the Marietta College Physician Assistant Program in Marietta, OH. He served in the US Army as a Combat Medic for the 10th Mountain Division in Fort Polk, LA. He deployed to Afghanistan, served as a company medic for West Point, and as a line medic for the CAV. In his spare time, he enjoys college football, hockey, motocross, fishing, hiking, and spending time with his wife, his dog and cat. He and his wife are looking forward to becoming a part of the great communities here in Wyoming.
